Injection Molten Steel Sampler
Molten steel sampler is widely used in electric steel furnace, converter, continuous casting, secondary refining and other processes. The steel samples were taken out quickly for composition analysis by spectrograph. It is mainly used for refining and sampling of molten steel in ladle and tundish after furnace. Used for converter, electric furnace, open furnace and other need to deoxidize sample of molten steel. The success rate of sampling is more than 98%, the steel sample is full, the quality is dense and bright, no porosity. Sampler style can be made according to user requirements.

Main technical parameters:
1. Sampling qualified rate ≥ 98%
2. Steel sample: Intact,dense,smooth,no porosity
Operation:
1. Insert the sampler into the special lance;
2. The slag must be broken first if it is thick or hard;
3. During measurement, the insertion depth is 350mm-400mm, sampling time is 4-5s;
4. The sampler is removed from the molten steel and after cooling, pls lightly knock sampler on the ground, and then take out of the sample.
Notice:
1. The sampler must be protected from moisture during storage;
2. Molten steel temperature must be above 1500 degrees during sampling;
3. Avoid strong vibration to prevent quartz tube broken;
4. During sampling, the insulation resistance of sampler ≥ 5MΩ
