Refractory Multi-use Thermocouple measure the electromotive force to achieve temperature measurement , its main part is the coupling head, which consists of two different metal materials, the compensation wire, U-quartz tube, plastic bracket, high temperature mud, protective cap(or not) and paper tube.

When using, it only needs to be connected by the temperature measuring gun, and then manually or mechanically inserted into a high-temperature melt of a certain depth, and the obtained thermoelectromotive force is transmitted to the intelligent display device to obtain the temperature value of the melt.

Usage:

1. Insert the thermocouple into temperature measuring lance. If the preparation light of temperature measurement instrument is on, it means the tehrmocouple contacts well with the lance .
2. During measurement, insert the thermocouple into the molten metal liquid, and the insertion depth is 350~400mm.
3. Insert the thermocouple into molten steel/iron liquid, after 2~5 seconds, the red light is on, that means the process of measurement is finished, then lift the lance.

 

Transport and Storage

1. Be careful when assembling and removing the parts.
2. Keep dry in the transportational process.
3. The products should be put into cases and stored at warehouses where the relative humidity is less than 80%.
4. Keep the air flowing.
5. The air should not contain harmful gases which may corrode the products.
