The molten metal thermometer is a kind of instrument which can accurately measure the temperature of molten metal by thermocouple. The instrument is equipped with a 5-inch high-definition digital tube display screen, which can clearly display the measurement results in the production workshop. It is equipped with a 5-inch (diagonal) high-definition capacitive touch screen, which is used to display the temperature measurement curve and input the configuration parameters. The built-in large capacity EEPROM memory can save the latest 100 measurement time and temperature records.

Communication Function
The equipment is equipped with non isolated RS485 communication function as standard. Users can select isolated RS485, isolated RS232 and wireless communication (433MHz) functions according to their needs.

1. Standard configuration of 5-inch color LCD touch screen (anti-interference capacitive touch screen).
2. Standard configuration of handhold calibrator (accuracy class 0.1).
3. After the temperature measurement is finished, the voice broadcasts "measurement complete" and buzz to remind the user to replace the thermocouple.
4. Built in high-precision thermocouple index (1 ºC / grid), with internal calculation accuracy of 0.1 ºC.
5. The modular design of the system, with standard function expansion interface, is convenient for later upgradation.
6. The temperature measurement input signal has built-in hardware filtering, anti-interference circuit and anti surge circuit to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipment.
7. Standard RS485 digital interface and standard Modbus communication protocol are adopted to facilitate users to access PLC control system.
8. The remote large screen synchronous display function is selected, and the measurement process and results can be synchronously displayed on the large screen through RS485 interface (two core wires).
9. It can be wall mounted, or installed in 19 inch standard cabinet.

Transport and Storage
