1. Prepare
After the equipment is started, it will enter the standby state. When it is detected that the operator has inserted the thermocouple, the device will enter the "Prepare" state. At this time, the 5-inch led digital tube displays the current room temperature, the green "Prepare" indicator lights up, and the LCD screen switches to the coordinate page and displays the current set thermocouple type.
2.Measuring
When the operator inserts the thermocouple into molten steel, the device will enter the "Measuring" state when it detects a sharp rise in temperature. At this time, the 5-inch LED digital tube displays the current real-time temperature reading, the yellow "Measuring" indicator light is on, and the LCD screen displays the real-time temperature measurement curve.
3.Complete
When the temperature reading is stable, the equipment will automatically calculate the current molten steel temperature and enter the "Complete" state. At this time, the 5-inch LED digital tube displays the current molten steel temperature, the red "Complete" indicator light is on, and the speaker broadcasts "measurement complete" and sounds to prompt the operator to replace the thermocouple. When the operator pulls out the used thermocouple, the red "Complete" indicator goes out and the speaker stops sounding.
